  • Packing Operative - Starting from £12.26 per hour
  • Warehouse Operative - Starting from £12.26 per hour
  • FLT Counterbalance Drivers - Starting from £12.36 per hour

Overtime paid at time and a half, with double time for Sundays and Saturdays after 12 noon.

Performance-based compensation to reward top performers with higher pay.

1. What is the work location?

  • Caswell Way, Newport, NP19 4YH

2. What are the working hours?

  • Monday to Friday, day shift work, seasonal.
  • Early finish on Fridays, seasonally dependent.
  • Overtime where required, including weekends.

3. Do I need to report anywhere on my first day?

Please report to the Gatehouse upon arrival.

4. What is the dress code?

  • Comfortable work clothing
  • Safety boots and high-visibility (hi-vis) clothing are required.

5. Are there any breaks during the shift?

  • Monday to Thursday: 45 minutes unpaid break.
  • Friday: 15 minutes unpaid break.

Breaks are subject to change depending on seasonal hours, with a minimum 45 minute unpaid break required for each full shift worked.
