Job description
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a manufacturing site in Rossendale. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires the operation of machinery and tools in a busy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
Location: Rossendale
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 – 17:00
Pay: £13.67 per hour including shift allowance
Immediate Start Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
- Set up and operate machinery, including saws and various machines
- Identify and resolve production issues efficiently
- Minimise scrap and maximise production output
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained at all times
About You:
- Practical and hands-on experience with tools and machinery
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking
Additional Information:
- Immediate start available
- Candidates must be able to pass a Drugs Test, due to the nature of machinery on site
