Multi skill operator (temporary with opportunity to go permanent)
Our manufacturing client who has serviced the likes of Etihad, Santiago Bernabeu, and other arenas are looking for a multi skilled operator, we are looking for an ambitious individual willing to learn.
At first, you will join on a temporary basis for a couple of weeks, subject to going permanent you would be looking at a job description as below.
Purpose of the job
To manufacture a the range of products at construction sites all over the world, carry out fault finding, repairs and planned maintenance, to work on Machinery and equipment
Supervise contractors carrying out work
support the Training and Site Services Manager with site inspections and reports as required.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manufacture products at contractor sites anywhere in the world, in accordance with local country regulations and site requirements.
- Meet customer requirements by providing a safe, professional, quality driven, flexible, and reliable service,
-Take a proactive, self-sufficient. independent and self-governing approach to meeting all requirements of the role.
- Maintain close continuous liaison with external and internal customers. - Set and operate site rolling machinery and equipment in accordance with safety, quality, and output standards.
- Assemble and load OSC cassettes in accordance with safety, quality, and output Standards, using necessary machinery and equipment.
- Manufacture fabricated components for OSC cassettes in accordance with safety. quality and output standards, using all necessary machinery and equipment.
- Fault finding, repairs and routine maintenance work for all machinery and equipment. - Work flexible hours as required to meet customer demand.
- Complete all documentation fully, accurately and on time.
- Utilise / supervise contract labour to meet customer requirements in a safe efficient manner and in line with all quality and output requirements.
- To provide a comprehensive customer focused technical site service to both external and internal installation enquiries, to maintain the required standards of installation of products or site including specialist structural solutions (e.g. modular roofing etc.) and to Supervise / Instruct the installation on special international projects.
