Hygiene Operative – Chicken Factory (Nights)

 

📍 Location: Eye IP23 (Suffolk)
💷 Pay Rate: £15.35 per hour + £1.00 attendance bonus
🕒 Shift Pattern: Rotating – 4 nights per week, every 3rd week you will be required to work Sunday
🕘 Working Hours: 21:40 – 07:40 (standard shift between Mon to Fri), Saturday and Sunday: 18:40-06:40
📅 Start Date: Immediate

We are hiring Hygiene Operatives to join a busy chicken processing factory on a night shift. No previous experience or chemical training is required – full training will be provided on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep cleaning of factory production areas, machinery, and equipment
• Safe use of industrial cleaning products (training provided)
• Following food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures
• Working as part of a team to ensure high cleanliness standards are met

Requirements:

• No experience needed – training provided
• Own transport
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work a 4-day rotating pattern, with an additional Sunday shift every 3rd week
