Job description

Role: Press Machine Operative 

Job Term: Ongoing work with permanent opportunities for the right candidate

Location: Stoke, ST3

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, training on days for first 2 weeks then will work continous nightshift Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am.

Pay: Training period £12.85, nights pre 12 weeks £14.14, nights post 12 weeks £14.73

Job Description: An excellent oppurtunity to begin with one of Stokes leading car interior manufacturers. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Movement and assortment of materials onto the machine press, requires manual handling
  • Performing necessary quality checks to ensure product consistency
  • Operate and monitor machine press equipment
  • Working high attention to detail and to be able to communicate effectively

This job would involve shift working on nights.

Required experience: Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is desirable, however full training will be provided. The ability to work night shifts is required.
