Injection Moulding Setter

Are you an experienced Injection Moulding Setter looking to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team?

We’re currently recruiting for a dedicated and proactive individual to support our production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality at every stage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Injection Moulding machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets
• Carry out safe and timely tool changes
• Maintain hygiene and product integrity throughout the production process
• Accurately log production issues and support continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with Cell Leaders and Management on process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives
• Support the wider team and perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth site operations

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Injection Moulding machine operation and tool changes
• Strong team player with effective communication skills
• Ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Flexibility to support changing business needs
•  

Desirable (not essential):

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques

 

Location: Blackburn

Shift: Weekend shift - Saturday & Sunday

Shift Hours : 6pm-6am 

Salary between 21.5k-23.5k depending on experience

This is a permanent position
