On-site Coordinator
Location: Hull
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,500
Shift Pattern: 4on 4off/ Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
· Consistently ensure staffing levels meet operational requirements through proactive workforce planning
· Manage and maintain a large, flexible pool of available workers to meet fluctuating demand
· Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support business objectives
· Prepare and present KPI reports to Senior Management in weekly performance review meetings
· Facilitate candidate introductions to the site, including outlining processes, expectations, and work environment
· Conduct comprehensive site tours and ensure key stakeholders are engaged during the onboarding process
· Ensure all workers are fully registered, compliant with legal and site-specific requirements, inducted, and briefed on their roles and responsibilities
What we are looking for:
· Proactive and highly motivated approach to candidate attraction and engagement
· Resilient, self-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
· Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
· Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, often under tight deadlines and short notice
· Well-developed business administration skills, ensuring efficient and accurate processes
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
· Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all recruitment and administrative tasks
