🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the branch to achieve financial and non‑financial targets

• Building strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

• Generating new business through confident cold calling

• Arranging and attending client visits

• Managing and improving service levels across client accounts

• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
