Job Description: Admin Support
Gap Personnel who operate as an employment business are recruiting for 1 Admin Support join our client in Crewe.
Location: Brooks Lane, Quakers Coppice, CW1
Working hours: Monday-Thurs 08:30-16:30, Friday 08:30-15:30
Pay: £13.00p/h
Role Overview:
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help office operations, support various departments with administrative tasks, and utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Full training and mentoring will take place so the applicant can learn systems, processes and operational requirements of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports.
- Manage and update company databases and records.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
-Prepare and input data using Microsoft Excel
Communication
- Draft and distribute official communications, such as memos and newsletters.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administration or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a bonus.
Working Conditions
- 12 Week Temp to Full-time position.
- Office-based role with working hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Occasionally required to work beyond standard hours to meet deadlines.
