Gap Personnel who operate as an employment business are currently recruiting for 1 Administrator for a leading Logistic company based in Crewe, Cheshire.
Role: Administrator
Job term: Ongoing work with temp to perm opportunities for the right candidate
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Working hours: 4-on-4-off daytime
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job description: A great opportunity to work for a UK Logistics Business based in Crewe. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work using own initiative, be organised and able to manage a busy workload.
The chosen candidate will follow the tasks:
- Answering incoming phone calls and relaying operational updates
- Keeping all paperwork and system records up to date.
- Processing POD's: scanning, storing and retrieving documents from online portals
- Communicating with internal departments and external partners
- Managing inbox traffic and responding to customers
- Handling customer enquires professionally and promptly
Required Experience and Qualifications: The chosen candidate must be PC literate, at least 3 years of experience in and admin/customer service role would be required. A good understanding of compliance and document accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel .
