Job description
Gap Personnel who operate as an employment business are recruiting for 2 PCB Assemblers.
Ongoing work with permanent opportunities for the right candidate
Location: Sandbach CW11
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7.45am – 4.30pm, Friday 8am – 12.30pm
Pay: £12.90 - £13.50
An excellent opportunity to start with one of Cheshires leading subcontractor manufacturer of Electronics manufacturing companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble PCB components using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology
- Follow detailed documentation and component specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process
- Booking in and kitting parts to jobs - full training provided.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with PCB assembly and electronic component handling
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology
- Electrical experience or mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards is a plus
