Crewe | Full‑time | Permanent £27,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus | Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00

🚀 The Opportunity

As a Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of our candidate experience — shaping our talent pipeline, strengthening relationships, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You’ll work closely with consultants, contribute to branch success, and play a key role in delivering high‑volume industrial temporary recruitment solutions.

 

🎯 What You’ll Own

  • Candidate Pipeline Management — Build and maintain a strong talent pool using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and CRM systems.

  • Sourcing & Screening — Identify, engage, and assess candidates across multiple channels to ensure role alignment.

  • Creative Attraction — Write compelling job ads and post them across platforms to attract high‑quality talent.

  • Candidate Interviews — Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Matching & Placement — Match candidates to client vacancies with accuracy and care.

  • Compliance & Pre‑Employment Checks — Complete right‑to‑work checks, references, and compliance tasks.

  • CRM Accuracy — Maintain precise records to support reporting and deployment.

  • Deployment Coordination — Manage candidate availability and coordinate temporary assignments efficiently.

  • Relationship Building — Keep active and passive candidates engaged through regular communication.

  • Consultant Support — Assist with bookings, onboarding, and compliance to ensure smooth placements.

  • Branch Success — Contribute to financial and non‑financial targets.

  • Market Awareness — Stay informed on industry trends to better serve clients and candidates.

 

🧩 Skills & Experience

  • Candidate Sourcing with strong engagement throughout the recruitment cycle

  • Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities

  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

  • Team‑focused, proactive, adaptable
