Sector Manager

Working as a Sector Manager within the GAP East onsite division requires you to manage, train, develop and oversea all GAP onsite teams within the Eastern region, whilst building strong, long term relationships with our clients, whilst maintaining a professional, compliant and successful daily delivery of our clients requirements.

 

Key duties include:

• Ensure the successful recruitment and delivery of all client requirements on a daily basis
• Support and guide onsite account teams in the recruitment and delivery of client requirements
• Support, train and guide all account teams on the compliance aspect of our business and the importance of following these steps throughout the process
• Train, guide and support onsite account teams to ensure delivery for their respective clients
• Train, develop and upskill highlighted talent within the East to aid personnel and business growth for the region
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all key stakeholders within all key clients
• Understand, drive and support the short, medium and long term tactical and strategic visions of our clients
• Provide key insightful information and data to our client to aid delivery of their needs and solutions to their challenges
• Understand, support and deliver against the regional budget
• Immerse yourself within and understand all key clients to highlight and identify opportunities for future growth

 

Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 8am to 5.30pm but flexibly as required for the needs of our clients, including a 30 minute break each day (45 hours per week)
