Location: Bristol, BS11
Job Role: Ecommerce Operative
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30 *
*During peak season (Oct-Dec) there will be additional shifts required such as Saturdays and shift ending at 11pm.
Role Type: Temp to perm
Hourly rate: £12.00 per hour

gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit 5x Ecommerce Operatives for a luxury beauty company based in Avonmouth.

Due to a new site move, our client is looking to recruit experienced Ecommerce Operatives to be part of their new journey as they enter the Bristol marketplace.

Your responsibilities will include a range of tasks such as ensuring the accurate processing and packing of orders and to achieve its daily operational targets (in particular, shipped parcels).


Job Responsibilities:

· Accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders for dispatch.

· Quality control check on outgoing parcels.

· The use of barcode scanners.

· Labelling orders for dispatch

· Assisting with stock and inventory management.

· Housekeeping and ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organised.

· Following processes, procedures to ensure health and safety is adhered to.

· Maintaining excellent housekeeping


The Candidate:

· Previous warehouse experience, preferred

· Understand and demonstrate through previous experience, knowledge of inventory control principles.

· Attention to detail.

· Basic PC skills - Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to lift and carry, experience with Manual Handling.

· Must be able to provide 2 references.
