🌱 We’re Hiring… Grounds Maintenance Operatives

📍 Mold, North Wales

💷 Up to £13.50 per hour (DOE)

⏰ Monday to Friday 7:45am-4:30pm (current winter hours) & 7:15am-5pm (summer hours)

 

Do you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping green spaces looking their best? Our client’s team is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team!

You’ll help maintain and improve green spaces in our local communities, working with modern equipment and a supportive team that’s committed to helping you develop your skills.

🌱 What will you be doing?

• Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
• Shrub, hedge and flower bed maintenance
• Sweeping, litter picking and leaf clearance
• Weed control and pesticide application
• Assisting with landscaping projects
• Winter gritting and snow clearance

✅ What we’re looking for

• Experience or a working knowledge of grounds maintenance
• Confidence using tools, machinery and grounds maintenance equipment
• A good understanding of Health & Safety
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Reliability, flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team
• A commitment to excellent customer service
