š An exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, fast-growing business in Hawarden as a Fulfilment Supervisor!
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
£29,000 per annum

You'll be overseeing all outbound operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately — every time.

š¦ Fulfilment & Dispatch Excellence
- Supervise all picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet high service standards
- Ensure orders are processed on time, every time, in line with SLAs
- Monitor shift performance and quickly reallocate resources as needed to maintain efficiency
- Solve system issues and operational hiccups to keep things moving smoothly
- Maintain an organised, clutter-free workspace to enhance productivity
š OTIF & Service Excellence
- Take full ownership of on-time, in-full delivery performance
- Proactively identify and solve issues that may cause delays or failures in fulfilment
- Escalate service risks quickly to senior leadership to protect customer satisfaction
š Stock Accuracy & Availability
- Work closely with Stock Control Team Leaders to maintain accurate stock levels
- Troubleshoot and report any discrepancies or shortages during fulfilment
- Ensure smooth stock checks and inventory audits to maintain integrity
š„ Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to exceed expectations every shift
- Uphold SOPs, maintain safety protocols, and ensure high operational standards
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Promote a positive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered
š Key Holder Responsibilities
- Open and close the warehouse, ensuring site security is upheld at all times
- Act as the main key holder, ensuring operational readiness and safety
š¼ Skills & Experience You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or distribution environment
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and DTC fulfilment operations
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate warehouse systems and operational tools
