Production Operative – Llanberis

£15.74 per hour
Monday to Friday (Rotating Weekly) 6:00am – 2:00pm & 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Start Date: Monday 3rd March

 

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and mixing solutions in line with precise specifications and production requirements
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring specialist machinery used to coat beads
• Ensuring machinery is running efficiently and safely at all times
• Carrying out routine calibration checks to maintain product quality and consistency
• Performing basic maintenance and thorough cleaning of equipment to meet health, safety, and quality standards
• Accurately following detailed written procedures and work instructions
• Completing production records and documentation clearly, accurately, and within required timeframes
• Identifying and reporting any faults, inconsistencies, or quality concerns promptly
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production targets
