Customer Service Support, St Asaph

Temporary (until end of August)

£12.71 per hour

Monday to Friday working 8:30am – 5:00pm

Immediate Start

 

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join our client’s busy team in St Asaph on a temporary basis until the end of August.

If you enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service across multiple channels including phone, email and live chat.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email, live chat and post
  • Providing advice on products and services
  • Rescheduling appointments
  • Setting up Direct Debits and assisting with account enquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints professionally and empathetically
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Working closely with branch managers and internal teams

 

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Confident using computers and multiple systems
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • A positive, friendly and professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
