Warehouse Coordinator, Deeside | £31,200 per annum (negotiable DOE) | Day Shifts

 

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our client’s logistics operations at their Deeside site. From handling incoming shipments, ensuring the ERP system is accurately kept up to date to coordinating outgoing deliveries, your work will be essential to keep the business running smoothly!

Working Hours & Salary

·         Monday to Friday 7:30am-4pm

·         £31,200 (negotiable dependent upon experience)

 

What You’ll Do

·         Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments

·         Verify the content of received shipments against purchase orders or packing lists

·         Perform goods inwards inspections and testing of raw materials

·         Keep inventory up to date in the ERP system as an essential part of the operation

·         Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and colleagues across the globe (US & Oman)

·         Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate and on time

·         Make all necessary transaction in ERP system and prepare all shipping documents accurately

·         Order assembly facility supplies

·         Work closely with the machine shop to keep stock levels of tools, parts, components, and end terminations

·         Responsible for maintaining Dynamics 365 for tracking of raw materials and prefabricated products

·         Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation

·         Support day-to-day operations and team problem-solving to ensure smooth running of the business

 

What We’re Looking For

·         Strong experience in shipping, receiving and warehouse operations

·         Familiarity with ERP inventory systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)

·         Strong attention to detail and highly organised

·         Excellent communication and teamwork skills

·         Forklift and warehouse equipment skills (training available)
