Pay & Hours of Work
· Monday to Friday 8:30am-16:30pm
· £12.21 per hour
Responsibilities
- Supporting internal and external customers in utilising online databases.
- Provide ongoing training and be confident in demonstrating online databases to external customers.
- Be first point of contact for customers to discuss all logistical needs for the transportation of samples to the laboratory.
- Be first point of contact for customers to discuss all container requirements and ensure these are delivered to customer site/office in a timely manner.
- Helping to keep audit trails in relation to customer logistical requirements and communication records.
- Providing technical assistance and support for internal and external customers and being proactive in dealing with queries of a technical nature.
- Review and analyse client data to ensure core business objectives are being met.
- Developing excellent working relationships with customers through the provision of high-quality proactive support.
- Ad-hoc duties when required.
Essential Skills
· Able to work alone to own initiative
· Strong PC skills
· Previous Administrative experience
