<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

Your day-to-day routine will include the usual key yard duties:

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Daily Checks: Conducting safety inspections on machinery, plant, and equipment, and filling out daily plant books to ensure everything is in good working order.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Housekeeping: Cleaning the yard and removing non-conforming materials to maintain a tidy and productive working environment.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Logistics &amp; Communication: Closely liaising with our Weighbridge Operator to track daily inbound/outbound material levels.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Safety First: Ensuring the company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies are strictly followed at all times.</li>

What You Will Need:
