Job description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT & Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing operation in the Burnley area.
This is a varied role combining both FLT duties and general warehouse work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Burnley
Pay Rate: £12.93 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Picking, packing and preparing orders
- Goods in and goods out duties
- General warehouse housekeeping
- Supporting the wider warehouse team as required
Requirements:
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance preferred)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 5:30pm
- Flexible finishing time required due to delivery schedules
- Occasional later finishes (around 6:30pm) may be required, although this is not a regular occurrence
