The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

Pay Rate:&nbsp;&pound;13.10 p/h on AM shift, &pound;14.23 p/h on PM shift, After 12 weeks :&nbsp;&nbsp;&pound;13.45 p/h on AM shift ,&pound;14.58 p/h on PM shift&nbsp;
Shifts:&nbsp;Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday: 06:15 to 14:15 &amp; Monday to Thursday: 14:00 to 22:30 with Friday: 14:00 to 20:00
Contract:&nbsp;Temporary ongoing
gap Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with GS Yuasa based in Swindon. During a period of sustained growth, they are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to support their busy distribution operation.&nbsp;
Job Duties:
<ul class="text">
<li>Receive, unload and pick products to a high standard using both pick sheets and an RFU scanner.</li>
<li>Use of a LLOP (training provided)</li>
<li>Ability to work accurately and safely.</li>
<li>Ability to work to tight deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to spot quality issues and able to confidently report issues to a Team Lead/Supervisor</li>
<li>Manual handling (some batteries may be heavy)</li>
<li>Stock replenishment</li>
<li>Stock put away</li>
</ul>
Ideal candidate will have:
<ul class="text">
<li>Enthusiastic work ethic with a willingness to improve and make a difference.</li>
<li>Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.</li>
<li>Ability to go the extra mile and be flexible with working hours when needed.</li>

Due to nature of the business, a Health and Safety induction and walkaround will be held on site. Prior to any walkaround - an aptitude test must be completed.&nbsp;
