<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

Job Title: Warehouse Operative - E-Commerce&nbsp;
Location: Swindon, SN3 5FB
Pay Rate: &pound;13.10 per hour rising to &pound;13.45 after 12 weeks
Working Hours:&nbsp;Rotating - 37.5 hours per week
Shift: Week 1 - 0600 to 1400 &amp; week 2 - 1000 to 1800

Responsibilities
<ul class="text">
<li>Packing batteries ready for next day despatch (full training provided)</li>
<li>Inspecting items for damage or discrepancies.</li>
<li>Weighing and labelling packages.</li>
<li>Ensuring timely dispatch of shipments.</li>
<li>Maintaining cleanliness and order in packing areas.</li>
<li>Using barcode scanners and inventory management systems</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate:
<ul class="text">
<li>Enthusiastic work ethic with a willingness to improve and make a difference.</li>
<li>Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.</li>
<li>Ability to go the extra mile and be flexible with working hours when needed.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask</li>
