<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

Job Title: Reach Forklift Driver&nbsp;
Location: Swindon, SN3 5FB
Pay Rate: &pound;13.10 per hour rising to &pound;13.45 after 12 weeks

Responsibilities
<ul class="text">
<li aria-level="1">Operating forklift trucks to transport goods, pallets and materials safely within the warehouse.&nbsp;</li>
<li aria-level="1">Loading and unloading deliveries from lorries, containers or storage areas</li>
<li aria-level="1">Stacking and organising pallets or goods within designated storage locations</li>
<li aria-level="1">Moving materials between storage areas, production areas and loading bays</li>
<li aria-level="1">Inspecting forklift equipment before use and reporting any faults or maintenance needs</li>
<li aria-level="1">Following work place health and safety&nbsp;procedures when operating machinery</li>
<li aria-level="1">Ensuring transport routes and loading areas remain clear of hazards or obstructions</li>
<li aria-level="1">Assisting with inventory management by moving stock or preparing items for dispatch</li>
<li aria-level="1">Securing goods using pallets, shrink wrap or other protective materials for transport</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate:
<ul class="text">
<li>Enthusiastic work ethic with a willingness to improve and make a difference.</li>
<li>Have a valid Reach truck licence&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum of one years experience.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to problem solve and think outside the box.</li>
<li>Ability to go the extra mile and be flexible with working hours when needed.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask</li>
<li>Ability to follow &amp; fully understand instructions and be able to clearly explain requirements to others.</li>
