Some leading experience would be required in this role

Duties:

<li>Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.</li>
<li>Setting up and preparing the production lines</li>
<li>Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.</li>
<li>Identifying and resolving production line problems</li>
<li>Monitoring and recorting production figures,</li>
<li>Training and supervising new production line workers.</li>
<li>Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</li>
</ul>
