Role: Mill Process Operative Job Term: Ongoing work with permanent opportunities for the right candidate
Location: Crewe, CW1 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, 3 shift rotation: 6am &ndash; 2pm / 2pm &ndash; 10pm / 10pm &ndash; 6am.&nbsp;
Pay: &pound;14.25 per hour (training rate) rising to &pound;15.24 then again to &pound;16.09 when fully qualified. Shift allowance paid daily at &pound;12.50 days &amp; &pound;16.00 nights. Regular overtime, time and a half and double time. 40 hours pay per week paid.&nbsp;
Job Description: An excellent opportunity to start with one of Crewe's leading food manufacturers. The chosen candidate will be responsible for: &bull; Pack products into various bags/IBCs. From 12.5 Kg to 1 ton. &bull; Movement of products on pallets, big bags, and bins. &bull; Operate and Monitor process plant equipment. &bull; Complete Quality checks recording and documenting. Operators work within a small team, and are expected to be flexible. The job would involve shift working.&nbsp;
Required Experience: Experience of working within a production environment would be an advantage, but full training would be given. The ability to work day shift / night shift and be flexible whilst working different shift patterns.
