Machine Operator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Blackburn, working predominantly on the KP Machines within the Raw Side of the Manufacturing Site.

Full training will be provided; however, we are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within a production environment.

Location: Blackburn
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Pay rate: £13.01 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate KP machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
• Complete production paperwork and machine documentation
• Perform basic machine checks and report faults when required
• Work as part of a team to achieve production targets
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience Required

• Flexible, enthusiastic, and committed attitude
• Mechanically minded
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy
• Willingness to learn production paperwork and machine documentation
• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment
• Machine operating experience is desirable but not essential
