Contract: Temporary ongoing
Shift Pattern: 12-hour 4 on 4 off, 6:00am to 6:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.03 - £17.33 per hour

Due to continued business growth, gap personnel are recruiting for Food Production Operator to join the team at Yeo Valley in Newton Abbot. These roles are available with immediate starts.

As a Food Production Operator, you will be helping with the day-to-day running of the production line, making sure products are made safely, correctly, and on time.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Working on the line and helping with food production
• Packing products correctly and safely
• Checking that everything is running as it should
• Keeping your area clean and organised
• Letting the team know if there are any issues

 

What we are looking for:

• Able to work well in a team
• Good communication skills
• Happy to do manual work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous food production experience is helpful, but not essential

 

Training and development:

Full training will be provided by Yeo Valley, with opportunities for ongoing support and development.
