Job title: Contract Manager.

Contract Type: Ongoing

Salary: £30-36k (depending on experience)

Hours of work: 40 hours per week.

The Role:

· Meet the required staffing fulfilment levels

· Manage a large workforce pool of available workers

· To establish and maintain a high level of service with key decision makers

· Present KPI figures to Senior Management team at weekly meeting.

· Introduce potential candidates to site, processes and environment

· Provide potential workers with a site tour and introducing them to key stakeholders within the business

· Ensure that all workers provided to site are registered, fully compliant, inducted and briefed on key responsibilities

· Building strong relationships with the clients and candidates and maintaining the company values at all times.

Skills required:

· Strong customer service skills with a professional telephone manner

· Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates

· Clear and articulate communication skills

· Effective team player with strong IT proficiency

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

· Strong planning, organisation, and administrative skills

· Able to work independently and consistently meet deadlines

· Good commercial awareness and confidence in networking

· Ability to meet set KPIs and deliver high standards of service
