Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our client in Heywood.

Working hours are 9am till 6pm Monday till Friday - flexibility required for occasional weekend working

Pay: £13.50 per hour

The role is temp to perm after 12 weeks.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Assistant Operations Supervisor to support the day to day running of our ShipBob fulfilment operations. The successful candidate will help coordinate warehouse activities, ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, and support team performance across inbound, outbound, i nventory control, and value added services. This role is key to maintaining service levels, operational efficiency, and a safe
working environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the daily coordination of warehouse operations including goods receipt,
picking, packing, batching, labelling, and dispatch.
• Monitor order flow and workload to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Assist with allocating labour and resources based on daily volumes and priorities.
• Support supervisors and team leaders to achieve productivity, quality, and safety
targets.
• Help prioritise urgent or time sensitive orders and resolve operational issues.
• Liaise with inventory control and quality teams to address discrepancies, exceptions,
and on hold items.

Requirements
