Pivot Steer Forklift Driver

We are currently recruiting for a busy warehouse operation in Sherburn in Elmet and are looking for experienced Pivot Steer Forklift Drivers to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure regular, long-term work on a 3 on / 3 off shift pattern with no rotation required – choose a consistent day or night shift that suits you.

 🔹 The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Pivot Steer Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse. Duties include:

• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Picking pallets and completing put-aways
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

 🔹 About You

We’re looking for reliable and experienced candidates who:

• Hold a valid Pivot Steer Forklift licence – P1 (ITSSAR preferred – other accreditations considered)
• Have previous warehouse and MHE experience
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Can work independently and as part of a team

 🔹 Shift Patterns

• Days: 3 on, 3 off – 6:00am to 6:00pm
• Nights: 3 on, 3 off – 6:00pm to 6:00am
  No shift rotation required

 🔹 Pay Rates as a Pivot Steer Forklift Driver

• Days: £14.21 per hour
• Nights: £15.21 per hour
• Overtime: Available
