Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join our team at a well-established and leading food production facility based in Wombwell.

The Role

As a Food Production Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of a busy food manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Booking stock in and out accurately
• Packing and labelling meat products
• Checking orders and pick sheets to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

About You

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have previous experience within food production or a similar manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
• Possess excellent attention to detail
• Have a strong awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Are reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

Days Shift

• 06:00 - 14:00
• £12.82 per hour
• 37.5 paid hours per week

Afternoon Shift

• 14:00 - 22:00
• £12.82 per hour
• 37.5 paid hours per week

 

4 On / 4 Off

Days Shift

• 06:00 - 18:00
• £13.74 per hour
• 44 paid hours per week

Night Shift

• 18:00 - 06:00
• £15.13 per hour
• 44 paid hours per week
