About the Role

As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience—we provide full training to help you succeed.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, where attention to detail is essential.

 

Key Duties as a production operative

• Working on different stages of the production line
• Using hand tools such as sanders and drills
• Assisting with loading and unloading part-completed doors
• Following processes and quality standards
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

 

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday (Rotating shifts)
• Days: 6:00am – 2:00pm / Afternoons: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• No weekends
