We are currently recruiting for a Robotic Welder to join a leading manufacturing company based in Ecclesfield, Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established business offering long-term career prospects and a supportive working environment.

Shift Pattern

🔄 Two-Shift Rotation

• Days
• Afters

(Full shift details available upon application.)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring robotic welding machines
• Loading and unloading components onto welding fixtures
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Adjusting machine settings where required
• Identifying and reporting faults or defects
• Working to production schedules and targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or welding environment
• Experience operating robotic welding equipment is advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good problem-solving skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
