We’re currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Ecclesfield, Sheffield.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for full-time, steady work with an early finish every Thursday – giving you long weekends, every week!

Role Overview:
As an Assembly Operative, you will be involved in assembling components and products to a high standard, working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Key Duties:

• Assembling parts and components by hand or using basic tools

• Following build instructions and diagrams

• Conducting visual quality checks

• Maintaining a clean and tidy workstation

• Working to meet daily targets while maintaining quality

What We're Looking For:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
