Job description
We are supporting our client in recruiting a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join their busy and friendly office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, customer service, and data entry, with plenty of variety day‑to‑day.
Working Hours

Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 4:15pm

Fri: 8:00am – 3:00pm
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Processing incoming sales orders via email

Entering data into Sage
-
Handling customer queries such as delivery dates and order updates

General sales admin and office support
-
Providing customer service by phone and email
Most of the work is PC‑based, with some telephone communication.
What We’re Looking For

Strong administrative skills

Good communication and customer service ability

Confident using computers (Sage experience is a bonus)

Organised, accurate and reliable

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
