Job description
Gap Personnel is recruiting a production operative for one of our clients based in Hortonwood, Telford.
Hours of work:
- Rotating shifts: Mon to Fri, 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00
Pay:
- £13.81ph
Responsibilities and duties:
· Operate a range of machines
· Rotate in different roles throughout the shift, assembling and packing mostly small plastic components
· Check quality of products
· Respond appropriately to both written and spoken instructions
· Will be requested to work in a Clean Room at times, and will be expected to wear an all-in-one to cover clothing plus a head/hair cover – supplied
· Ability to carry out a degree of manual handling, although there is no heavy lifting
· Ability to learn new skills and work at pace
· Self-motivated and hardworking, and comfortable working alone and as part of a team
· Positive, helpful and flexible attitude
