Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: Starting from £12.71 per hour

We're seeking Assembly Operatives to join our friendly and supportive manufacturing team in Stafford Park Telford. Ideal candidate should have fabrication and assembly experience, wiring, panel building, experience using a hand tools be enthusiastic and keen to learn new things.  If you are looking to develop new skills in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

What you'll be doing

• Assembling electrical panels
• Using hand tools and power tools safely and confidently
• Following clear instructions, drawings, and processes
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and positive working environment

What we're looking for

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided
