Job description
gap personnel operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for warehouse Administrator to join their team on a temp-perm basis.
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate records, smooth communication, and efficient coordination between warehouse staff, management, and external partners.
Duties:
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, including deliveries, dispatch documentation
- Process delivery notes, invoices, and other warehouse paperwork
- Update inventory systems and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse operatives, management, and transport providers
- Schedule deliveries and collections as required
- Handle administrative queries related to orders, stock, and shipments
- Prepare reports on stock movements, discrepancies, and warehouse performance
The role will be working Mon-Fri, 40 hours (shift TBC)
From £12.21 per hour
