Warehouse Operatives / FLT Drivers - nights

We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives / FLT Drivers for a busy warehouse environment for our client based in Trafford Park, Manchester (M17).

This is a great opportunity for reliable and experienced candidates looking for ongoing work with a fixed day shift pattern and the potential of a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock within the warehouse
• Picking and packing orders using handheld scanners
• Carrying out data entry and stock checks using warehouse systems
• Supporting general warehouse operations
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences (both essential)
• Minimum 12 months’ FLT driving experience
• Previous warehouse experience and confidence using handheld scanners
• Basic IT skills and PC literacy
• PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and within a team

Shift Pattern:

• 4on 4off
• Night shifts: 6:50pm – 6:50am
• Pay rate: £16.47 - £16.83 / per hour
• Ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidate
• Training would be on day shifts 8am-4pm
