Customer Account Administrator

£28k per annum

Monday – Friday / 9am – 5pm

Wrexham

Immediate start available

 

Our client based in Wrexham is looking for a Customer Account Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.  This role is customer facing, being the first point of contact for all customer service enquiries alongside managing customer accounts, processing orders and coordinating shipments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette.  This is a full time office based role.

 

Performance Objectives

·        Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels, maintaining professional phone etiquette.

·        Manage the customer service portal responding in a timely manner in line with set SLAs.

·        Perform precise data entry related to customer accounts and transactions.

·        Manage and update account information accurately within our systems.

·        Assist customers with account queries, providing clear and courteous assistance

·        Process invoices, chase overdue payments (accounts receivable) and any other ad hoc tasks to support the finance team.

·        Process customer packaging orders and other stock movements.

·        Support the onboarding of new customers by providing necessary documentation and guidance.

·        Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

·        Provide internal and external reports such as daily KPIs, stock movements, customer data, PO and invoicing upon request.

·        Support the account manager to ensure each customer’s service objectives are achieved.

·        Assist in continuous improvement of systems and processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

 

Person Specification

·        Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

·        Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

·        Good attention to detail.

·        Professional individual with the ability to handle confidential information at times.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

·        Proven experience in administrative roles preferred.
