Customer Service Administrator                               

£25k per annum  

Monday - Friday / General Office Hours  

Wrexham  

 

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This admin-based role would suit an enthusiastic candidate who is detail oriented, proactive and passionate about assisting customers through their ordering process.

 

Performance Objectives

·         Liaising with UK and EU Customers/Franchisees.

·         Customer Quote and Order Processing via our client’s online platform or email.

·         Dealing with customer enquiries such as order and stock related issues.

·         Transport Booking and liaising with nominated transport partners and courier services.

·         Liaising with our Warehouse and External Partners.

·         Dealing with Customer Complaints.

·         Processing Customer Orders, Invoices, Returns and Credit Notes.

·         General Admin/Internal Data Maintenance.

·

Person Specification

·         Great communication skills.

·         Keen attention to detail.

·         Able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.

·         Detail oriented.

·         Proactive and passionate about assisting customers through their ordering process.

·         Strong organisational skills.

·         Ability to multitask and prioritise workload is essential.

·         Similar experience in duties listed and be able to use the reporting packages would be desirable.

·         Experience with Sage X3 – Desirable.

·         Experience with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel and Teams – Desirable.

·         Basic customs knowledge (Export/Import) – Desirable.

·         Basic knowledge of international freight/shipping – Desirable.

·         Experience of working with customers outside of the UK – Desirable.
