Customer Service Advisor
£26,500k per annum
Monday – Friday / General Office Hours
Wrexham
Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis to join their team. As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients customers receive outstanding support and service, aligning with their mission of providing fantastic value and sustainable solutions.
Performance Objectives
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
· Assist customers with service requests and resolve and issues efficiently.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Provide feedback on customer trends to improve service delivery.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
· Contribute to a positive team environment.
Person Specification
· Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientated environment.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving.
