Night Shift Administrator

£29k per annum  

Monday – Friday / 10pm – 6am  

Wrexham

 

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Night Shift Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.  Full training will be provided.   

 

Performance Objectives

·        Speaking with customers on the phone to take bookings and answer enquiries.

·        Putting data on to the system regards to booking loads in and out.

·        Creating diary bookings with customer bookings.

·        Dealing with stock enquiries.

·        Liaising with the Warehouse Team on load status and general questions.

·        Giving site management updates on request.

·        Completing stock investigations.

·        Completing other general administration duties as and when required.

 

Person Specification

·        Ability to work on own initiative but also within a team.

·        Organised and efficient.

·        Excellent attention to detail.

·        Ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure.

·        PC literate.
