Production Manager

£50k - £60k per annum

Monday – Friday / General Office Hours / Flexibility required  

Wrexham

 

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Production Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

 

Performance Objectives

·        Oversee the daily management of a production facility.

·        Plan and coordinate machine schedules to maximise productivity and efficiency.

·        Ensure production targets, quality standards and customer delivery requirements are met.

·        Lead, motivate and develop production teams to maintain high performance levels.

·        Work closely with planning and warehouse functions to ensure smooth flow.

·        Manage labour resources effectively and support workforce development.

·        Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.

·        Identify and resolve production issues quickly to minimise downtime.

 

Person Specification

·        Experience managing multiple production lines and production planning activities.

·        Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams.

·        Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

·        Flexible approach to working hours when business needs required additional support.
