Sales Executive

£35k - 50k per annum dependent on experience

Monday – Friday / General Office Hours  

Wrexham

 

Our client based in Wrexham is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.  As a Sales Executive, you will join a team focused on driving growth and building strong customer relationships.  You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on building a high-quality pipeline for the sales team by promoting our clients’ products.  This is a hands-on role where success means hitting activity targets, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team with high-quality leads. 

 

Performance Objectives

·        Making outbound calls and engaging prospects via phone, face to face and social media.

·        Booking and attending sales meetings alongside Management.

·        Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.

·        Keeping accurate and detailed CRM database.

·        Attend trade shows and networking events to sell our client’s product.

·        Complete research and data cleansing of the system.

 

Person Specification

·        Tenacious and confident on the phone.

·        Organised and detail-oriented, especially with CRM updates.

·        Goal-driven and motivated by results.

·        Previous experience of outbound calling is a must.

·        Strong Relationship building and discovery questioning is a plus.

·        Hunger to grow and develop.

·        Resilient.

·        Some prior sales or lead generation experience is hugely advantageous.

·        Able to effectively communicate, both written and verbal communication.

·        Good numeracy skills.

·        Analytical skills.

·        IT Literate.
