Job description
- Data Entry & WMS Management: Maintaining accurate records of all stock movements, goods received, and dispatched items using WMS (e.g., SAP, Sterling) and MS Office.
- Order Processing: Processing sales orders through to pick and dispatch, generating picking lists, and producing shipping labels/documentation
- Inventory Control: Assisting with stock discrepancies, inventory checks, audits, and managing quarantined or non-conforming products
- Communication & Coordination: Acting as a liaison between sales, transport teams, customers, and warehouse staff to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensuring all compliance paperwork is completed, filing transportation notes, and creating reports on stock levels or productivity KPIs
You must have a background in warehousing with good computer and communication skills
Hours are days Monday to Friday 8am starts however, in peak you will be working earlier and the possibility of nights
£13.50 per hour
