<li>To set up machines with maximum efficiency</li>
<li>Responsible for efficient production to include the multi-manning of machinery</li>
<li>Ensure all production paperwork is completed</li>
<li>Maintain the Lean Manufacturing environments operating in the department</li>
<li>Attend training and developing courses</li>

<li>Proven experience of working with Lathes and Milling machines</li>
<li>Must have a background of working with CNC machines and with METAL</li>
<li>Team Player and have a qualification within CNC Engineering</li>
