Receptionist

Gap personnel are proud to be working alongside a longstanding client located in the Chester area in their search for Receptionist to join them on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

·         First point of contact for all phone calls and email correspondence to the site

·         Greeting visitors and ensuring they sign in and out of site in accordance with regulations

·         Dealing with any couriers for incoming goods and outgoing items

·         Managing meeting room diaries and making appointments

·         Booking travel and accommodation 

·         Maintaining an accurate log of all bookings made

·         Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients as and when required

·         Miscellaneous tasks as and when required that support the smooth operation of the site.

Person Requirements

·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook (Word, Excel and PowerPoint a bonus)

·         Exceptional attention to detail

·         Organised, flexible

·         Pleasant disposition and courteous at all times

·         Maintain confidentiality at all times

 

Hour:

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Pay:

£12.50 -  £13.50 DOE per hour.
